CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please make all cancellations and schedule changes at least 24-hours prior to your appointment time. If you are scheduled for a session and I do not hear from you, you will be charged in full for the missed appointment. Payment is due before your next appointment.

If you are running late, the appointment time cannot be extended. If I am running late, I will do the best I can within my schedule to provide the full appointment time. If I need to cancel your appointment, I will do my best to let you know by no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care during infectious and contagious illnesses. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. I will do the same!

CITY OF CHICAGO ANNOUNCEMENT:

State law prohibits soliciting another for the purpose of a sexual act. Solicitation can be punishable as a Class 4 felony, subjecting an offender to fines and imprisonment, and impoundment of any vehicle used by the offender to commit the offense. This business immediately reports all offers or requests to buy sexual services to law enforcement.

PAYMENTS:

Payment is due at the time of service. For packages, payment is due at the time of the first session of the package. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions. Packages expire after 16 months from date of initial purchase.
