After training with the School of American Ballet in New York City, I enjoyed 20 years as a professional dancer. I danced with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theater, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and Disney’s MGM Studios. I even taught ballet in both New York City and Europe.

I’ve had my fair share of injuries. Thankfully, those injuries gave me the chance to work with some of the top Physical Therapists in the field. I know what smart rehabilitation looks like and I know what it takes to get back to peak performance.
